He is a member of the Bar Association of São Tomé and Príncipe and a founding member of the International Association of Young Portuguese-Speaking Lawyers (JALP), reflecting his commitment to the advancement of legal practice, international cooperation, and professional development within the Lusophone community.
Wildiley is the author of the article “The Labour Market for New Legal Professionals”, published in the collective work Teaching Law in the CPLP Countries (Brazil, 2020), as well as the academic monograph Separation of Powers in São Tomé and Príncipe.
