development cooperation. He has worked as Legal Advisor for companies in Portugal,
Resident Coordinator for regional development initiatives in Equatorial Guinea, and
Trade Finance Executive at EURO EXIM BANK. He is also a member of the Bar
Association of São Tomé and Príncipe and a founding member of the International
Association of Young Portuguese-Speaking Lawyers (JALP).
